This is a chance for us to get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit. We’ll answer any questions about our process, provide guidance on next steps, and share a proposal outlining the project scope. Once everything looks good, we’ll make it official with a contract.
With a signed contract, we dive into planning. We’ll send you materials—such as a questionnaire or brief—to gather information about your audience, objectives, and inspirations. This helps us understand the context for your project and ensures we align on expectations. Together, we’ll workshop ideas, refine goals, and establish a clear creative direction.
Next, we research, ideate, and begin designing your project. Whether it’s a visual identity, website, event collateral, or print materials, we focus on crafting work that reflects your goals and resonates with your audience. We share progress throughout the process, collecting your feedback and iterating to ensure the final product exceeds expectations.
Once you’re thrilled with the results, we finalize your project. You’ll receive all necessary files, assets, or website access, ready for use. We also provide guidance or training as needed, and remain available for support after launch, helping you make the most of your new creative assets.
